The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us with questions and services. The room was relatively large and had all amenities except an in-room coffee pot which most hotels don't seem to undergo. Although there were retaurant tables just outside our window the restaurant closed relatively early and it was quiet at night so sleep was not a problem. We thought that for the quality of the dwell the back up from the hotel staff and the location that this was an excellent choice. We would definitely be there again when visiting Madrid. Staff were very helpful but most of all we liked the dwell which was quiet but which had a small balcony with a fine view. It is a great hotel! After I made the reservation my daughter and four more co-workers reserved there. We were all more than satisfied: the location rooms cater were excellent. Will definitely go.
